  1. hey babe how do you deal with your sweaty hands? i have them and omg they are just sucha burden. They start sweating the moment my brain knows that i'm gonna meet someone new and a handshake is needed. Sometimes i force myself to not think abt it but i just can't :<

  3. You're definitely not alone! I not only have sweaty palms but feet and forehead as well and i sweat like 80% of the day. Sigh. It is affecting my life way too much now as my condition is getting from bad to worse. I feel inferior and lack of social confidence.

I've been doing some serious research recently and have the intention to go for the hyperhidrosis surgery (you can google for more info) to permanently eliminate this issue that i've lived with for 21 years. I believe it'll be a life-changing decision. Will probably update some of the details here soon!

  4. Hello! The purple muscle tank is actually from topshop and still retailing. As for the shorts, i won't be selling as it is not in a good condition anymore.

  6. im with you for the lack of social confidence part. i hateeeeeeeeee parties i swear. and the worst thing is that im going to uni soon which only means.....orientation. i think im just gonna feel like killing myself hahaha.

oh you better do more research on that! cause i had this teacher who had really bad sweaty palms and she went for this surgery whereby they block the pores on her hands. Her hands stop sweating but the sweat went to her back. So every morning, regardless warm or cold weather, her back wld have a big sweat patch. And i mean no more pretty clothes!):

  7. Totally! The #1 reason why i hate and will avoid attending chalets & bbqs. Pple can easily wear havaianas but my feet will be all wet and clammy. Wearing birks will stink and cover shoes will be so inappropriate. Woes.

I came across this part! It is known as compensatory sweating, whereby after the surgery, patient may experience excessive sweating on our back/thighs/lower legs. But i've also read up some discussion forums. Pple who went thru the surgery feedback that they don't mind sweating on the back as it is nothing in comparison to hands and feet which we are 'using' them 24/7. Actually i think sweating on the back is like more normal and less troublesome, so i guess i'm okay with it!

    Thanks for sharing crystal!

  10. Hi babe, where do you and your bf go when you two are on a date. I have no place to go with my bf other than eating and movie. Any ideas or suggestions?

  11. Sg is real boring! We plan our dates around food too. We hunt for cheap and good food, explore new places, do grocery shopping, stroll ard our neighborhood parks hahaha. But now that we do not have the luxury of time to go on decent dates, we'll usually run errand tgt and spend more time resting during the wkends.

Not sure if you guys are the outdoor kind, i'd suggest doing sports/exercise tgt! An effortless and healthy alternative esp when you're penniless.
