  1. Hi,

I have sweaty palms and feet too.
Hope this read from CLEO helps in anyway. :)

"While sweating is healthy and normal, some people do sweat more excessively and much more than others to cool their body. However, if your sweating is affecting your daily activity, then you could be suffering from palmar hyperhidrosis – excessive sweating of the hands. These episodes of sweating may occur at least once per week without an obvious reason. For this particular condition, you will have to speak to a healthcare professional.

    Alternative Solutions
Surgery may be the only permanent solution to date for excessive sweaty palms, but there are other alternatives that are non-surgical. They include:
    - Relaxation techniques such as yoga and meditation can teach you valuable breathing techniques that can help you control stress that may contribute to perspiration.
    - Apply an antiperspirant to clean, dry palms at night. These can be applied directly to the hands. Remember to pick an antiperspirant rather than a deodorant as the latter only cover odours rather than inhibit sweating.
    - Ask your doctor for an Anticholinergic medications to block acetylcholine, a chemical messenger in your body that helps stimulate your swear glands.
    - Botox injections reduce sweating temporarily by blocking the nerves that trigger sweat glands. "

  2. Hello thanks for sharing! Appreciate your time and effort <3

I've actually went for neurosurgery consultation 2 weeks ago at SGH about my palmer hyperhidrosis condition. The doctor concluded that my condition was pretty serious, non-surgical solutions will not work for me. Therefore, i decided to go for the surgery which will be in 2 weeks time! I'm scheduled for some sort of counselling, blood test and anesthesia consulation next week.

I will do up a post soon about my condition, and hopefully after my surgery too!
